Why Wendy?
I have been involved in the real estate industry for 30 years, beginning as a receptionist and working my way up to management positions in Townsville and Maryborough. I have a thorough working knowledge of the Acts that govern Property Management and the requirements associated with Trust Accounting.
I have owned an investment property and I have also been a tenant, so can relate to the requirements of both Landlords and Tenants. I enjoy making patchwork quilts and have an interest in horse racing, having shares in ownership of 5 racehorses.
